Vivienda Social Industrializada de Reconstrucción.

Vivienda social es por excelencia, el tema de muchas universidades y arquitectos de renombre por  dictar en conferencias; sin embargo a veces olvidamos algunas cosas esenciales en el corazón de estas unidades de vida nuclear (sólo pretendo enumerar las que a mi parecer aparecen con fuerza en la discusión,(como para empezar a dialogar):

1. La forma como estas unidades interiores se vinculan entre unas y otras, y cuales son las relaciones del programa para poder generar la interacción de las personas que dentro vivirán.

2. Si corresponde a la forma de ciudad y/o linea de bordecielo que ellos mantenían, o si la nueva propuesta, quiere mantener o crear una nueva imagen de ciudad, pueblo, caserío o villa.

3. Si los profesionales a cargo de los encargos, están en alguna medida sólo apremiados por la necesidad de la empresa constructora a generar dividendos ( tema en el cual no reparo problema) sino que sólo y per se, ser  la única condición de diseño.

4.La priorización de temas dentro de las necesidades del grupo humano, al que se les está diseñando," aun cuando los seres humanos seamos iguales", las prioridades del poblado A son distintas al B.

Ante esto una pregunta sin resolver. -y no en específico al diseño de las casas mostradas en el caso de esta región en la FITAL (Feria Internacional de Talca)-¿Es necesario el lugar, para que el encargo de casa de reconstrucción no quede puesto en un lugar ajeno?

Social Housing is one of the most discussed themes of universities and  renown architects to be held out in exhibitions and conferences; however sometimes we forget about some essential things of the core of these nuclear unities of life ( I only pretend to list, what from my point of view are what we need to start to dialogue):

1. The way how the interior unities are bind between one and another, and which are the relationships of  the programmatic layout  to generate interaction of the people who will live there.

2. If this form of skyline concerns to the city that they had, or if the new proposal , wants to keep or to create a new image of city, town, ville or vilage.

3. If the professionals on charge of the architectural commision, are being put on pressure by the need of the Building Company to profit ( topic that I don't see problem), only the fact that it could be the only and per se reason to be designing.

4. To give priority  to the needs of the human community, to the ones we are designing for" even if we are all equals", priorities of village A are different than B.

After this an unresolved question_ and not specific to the design of the shown houses in this region at the FITAL ( International fair of Talca , in spanish)_ DO we need a place-site, so the reconstruction  commission don't be settle on a strange place?
