2. Inhabitabilidades parciales, daños menores y no reportan reparación estudiada y estructural,
Dependiendo de lo dañado, las viviendas podrán repararse. = Reparación especifica del daño.
3. Inhabitabilidad estructural: reparación mayor, afianzamiento estructural.
Desde el gobierno, la reconstrucción de la vivienda de albañilería confinada, armada, o madera; está relacionada directamente con las postulaciones a subsidio de reparación o reconstrucción según sea el caso.Y con la entrega de documentación por parte del afectado. Sin embargo, las viviendas que no aplican a los subsidios como el caso de la vivienda de adobe de zona no típica, han sido por el momento reparadas por sus dueños y con la experticia de maestros adoberos locales, que si bien tienen el conocimiento, entienden la reparación en su sentido bidimensional; esto es el daño y su reparación en relación al lugar fisurado o destruido , mas no a la estructura toda.
En estos casos es necesaria la revisión de un profesional, para especificar el daño y estudiar la estructura general de la casa, para asi determinar la reparación en relación a afianzar la estructura de la vivienda.

The reconstruction has been a long process for the people of disaster regions, depending on the level of damage, the government and private owners are attatched by their level of damage, there is three general definitions:
1. Total Destruction = Construction New Construction
2. Partial uninhabitable, reported minor damage and no repair and structural study,
Depending on how damaged homes be repaired. = specific repair the damage.
3. Uninhabitable structure: major repairs, structural strengthening.
From the government, the reconstruction of reinforced masonry housing, armed masonry, or timber materiality, this is directly related to subsidies applications to repair or reconstruction according to the case. & the delivery of property documents by the owner.
However, households that do not apply to subsidies, are located in adobe housing areas ( like the 6th, 7th and 8th regions), and because they aren't part of a typical areas ( legal denomination of protected heritage cities and towns).
Because they cannot have subsidies, they are usually repaired by their owners and adobe bricklayers with the expertise , although they have the knowledge, understanding the repair in a two-dimensional sense, this is the damage and repair in relation to the place cracked or destroyed, but not to the whole structure.
In these cases it is necessary to be reviewed a professional to specify the damage and study the general structure of the house, to determine the repair in relation to strengthening the building structure.
